Terms of Service
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms apply when you use Posticle, including building a brand kit, joining early access or creating an account. By using Posticle you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Posticle.
Who We Are
Posticle (posticle.ai) provides the Posticle service ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@posticle.ai.
Early Access
Posticle is currently in early access. Right now you can build a free brand kit, create an account and reserve your early access spot. The full product isn't open yet. While in early access:
- everything is free, and we'll never charge you without first telling you the price and getting your agreement;
- features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable;
- joining the early access list doesn't guarantee access by a particular date.
When paid plans launch, their prices and any extra terms will be shown to you clearly before you choose to sign up.
Who Can Use Posticle
You must be at least 18. If you use Posticle for a business or organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Your Account
Keep your password safe and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. Please give us an email address you can receive mail at, as that's how we'll contact you.
Your Content
Everything you add to Posticle, such as your brand name, logo, fonts, colours and descriptions, stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run Posticle for you, including creating your brand kit and posts.
You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload. For example, the logo is yours or you're allowed to use it, and any fonts you upload are licensed for that use.
AI Suggestions
Some features use AI to suggest topics, text or designs. AI can make mistakes, so please check anything Posticle creates before you publish it. You're responsible for what you choose to post.
Acceptable Use
Please don't use Posticle to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights, including copyright and trade marks;
- upload anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading;
- pretend to be another person or business;
- send spam, or create accounts automatically or in bulk;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer Posticle or get around its security or limits.
If you do, we may remove content or suspend or close your account.
Our Rights
Posticle's software, design, name and logo belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using Posticle as intended. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them freely without owing you anything.
Ending Things
You can stop using Posticle and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@posticle.ai. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We may also end early access or close Posticle altogether; if we do, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can.
Our Responsibility to You
We work hard to keep Posticle reliable, but during early access it's provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
So far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for lost profits, revenue, business or data. Because early access is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to £100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under UK law. If you're a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Posticle grows. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll email you before it takes effect. If you keep using Posticle after that, you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any disputes. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
